I’m Sarah a mum of 2 with a huge passion for everything to do with feeding babies & children. This came about after I struggled when my eldest starting eating solids (weaning). After endless hours going down rabbit holes online at 2am and countless weaning & parenting books (all telling me something different!) I felt thoroughly confused… Long story short, 5 years and another baby later, I’ve retrained as a weaning specialist and now eat, sleep & breath weaning!
From Introduction to Starting Solids Workshops (ideal for babies 3 – 7 months), private 1:1’s, group workshops, online consultations, meal planning, cookery workshops, Babies Who Brunch events and a heck of a lot more!.... I cover all aspects of preparing to start weaning, right through to fussy eating toddlers / pre-schoolers.
Aswell as the science, biology & psychology of weaning I also love recipe development. I passionately believe that babies and children should eat healthy, sensible food from the start. The underpinnings of a healthy relationship with food starts with enjoying it and having a happy food journey. As parents most of us fear the kitchen once we start weaning so I aim to reinvigorate meals with recipes that can be cooked one handed (even whilst juggling an unhappy baby) in as short a time as possible and can be batch cooked & frozen!
